Biographical Information

Jane is the Deputy Chair of the Nuffield Health "Board of Governors having joined the Board on 1 April 2005. She is also the Chair of the Board Integrated Governance Committee, a member of the Executive Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee. A solicitor, she is a Trustee of Age UK and an Independent Assessor for Public Appointments. Previous positions include Chair of the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence and Chair of National Clinical Assessment Authority. She has been a non-executive director of Pontefract Health Authority and Wakefield Health Authority and was a founding Trustee of the Yorkshire Building Society Charitable Trust."
