"Head of the U.S. Public/Private Partnerships at JPMorgan. In this role Garvey advises states on financing strategies to accelerate project delivery for governments. Garvey was the 14th Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), nominated by President Clinton and confirmed by the Senate in August 1997. Prior to becoming FAA Administrator, Garvey was Acting Administrator and previously Deputy Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Garvey serves on several corporate boards and non-profit organizations and commissions related to the transportation community." [1]
