James Todd "co-founded Wolseley Private Equity in 1999 and has served as Managing Director since that time. James has over 20 years of experience in senior management, principal investing and investment banking. James commenced his career as an investment banking professional in the London and Sydney offices of Hambros Bank, a British merchant bank, where he was involved in a wide range of M&A and corporate finance transactions.

"Upon leaving Hambros in 1992, James co-founded and became Group CEO of TVSN, a publicly traded home shopping network. TVSN raised in excess of $50 million and grew to 250 employees. In 1997, James co-founded Moneo Metals Limited, a successful New Caledonian nickel mining company. James was also a contracted Manager at Bain & Company throughout 1999.

"James is currently a Director of Freshmax. He has degrees in both Commerce and Law from the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, where he remains a Fellow. James is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and of the CEO Institute." [1]
