Biographical Information
"James R. Bancroft, a former partner in Bancroft & McAlister Attorneys at Law in San Francisco, is President and a trustee of the Harvey L. Sorensen and Maud C. Sorensen Foundation and a director of the California Urology Foundation. He is a former trustee and vice president (1952-94) of The Dean Witter Foundation. Mr. Bancroft was Chairman of United Nuclear Corporation from 1972-1982 and Madison Capital, Inc. from 1986-1993. He has been a Director of Vascular Cures since 1991 and served as Chairman from 1992 through 1999. Over 35 years ago, Mr. Bancroft was diagnosed with vascular disease and attributes his health to the advances made by vascular research."[1]
