James Osborne is the uncle of Conservative Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne and the late John Aspinall's half-brother. According to the Daily Mail, James "is about to cash in his chips as high-profile boss of the flagship Aspinalls casino in Curzon Street. The affable Osborne is stepping down as managing director to allow the new bosses, Aspinall's eldest son Damian and his moneybags business partner Jamie Packer, to make changes." [1] Jamie son of the late media tycoon Kerry Packer.
