Biographical Information
"Ahold’s shareholders appointed James McCann to the Corporate Executive Board on April 17, 2012. James McCann joined Ahold on September 1, 2011 when he assumed his responsibilities as acting member of the Corporate Executive Board and Chief Commercial & Development Officer.
"Before joining Ahold, James was Executive Director for Carrefour France and a member of Carrefour’s Group Executive Board. During the previous seven years, he held leading roles in various countries for Tesco plc. Prior to that, he worked for Sainsbury's, Mars and Shell. " [1]
