James Lee
"Holds an MBA from Harvard University and began his career as a Director of McKinsey & Company. He has since had a distinguished career with the international media. He was formerly CEO of the Pearson Group in the United Kingdom; Deputy Chairman of Yorkshire Television and Chairman of Goldcrest Films and TV. He was appointed to the board in December 2001. He chairs the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee and serves on the Finance and Audit and the Strategic Planning Committees." [1]
