James H. Sammons, M.D. (Exec. Vice President American Medical Assoc. 1985): James Sammons M.D. was an Executive vice president at the American Medical Association in 1985 (L. White, Merchants 1988). Sammons and the AMA were criticized by Dr. Kenneth Warner for lacking the courage to take more visible public actions against smoking (L. White, Merchants 1988). James H.
