James E. Norris - The Vanguard Group.
"Jim is responsible for Vanguard International, which manages investments for institutional and retail clients in more than 80 countries around the world. Since joining Vanguard in 1987, Mr. Norris has held numerous leadership positions in Vanguard's Corporate and Institutional divisions, and for many years led Vanguard’s Institutional Retirement Plan Solutions business. Mr. Norris received an accounting degree from St. Joseph’s University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania." [1]
