James Dauwalter
James Dauwalter has been a director of VeraSun Energy "since April 2008. Prior to joining the VeraSun Energy board, he served as chairman of the US BioEnergy board of directors. Mr. Dauwalter has more than 35 years experience in the technology industry. Most recently he served as chief executive officer of Entegris Inc., a materials integrity management company. He first joined Entegris (then known as Fluoroware) in 1972 and held a variety of positions until his first executive appointment in March 2000 as chief operating officer.
"Now retired from Entegris, Mr. Dauwalter continues as its non-executive chairman of the board. He presently serves on the board of the Community Bank of Chaska (Minnesota) and the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International North American Advisory Board. Mr. Dauwalter earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bemidji State University." [1]
