James D. Fearon
James D. Fearon, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at Stanford University  and is the Theodore and Francis Geballe Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. 
Dr. Fearon's research focuses on "democracy and international disputes, explanations for interstate wars, and, most recently, the causes of civil and especially ethnic violence."
