Biographical Information

"James Cavello is known for his efforts to assist non-profits through his philanthropic commitment to the arts. He has curated children’s art exhibitions to benefit fund raising events for Kids Earth Fund and Association to Benefit Children. Other organizations include, Planet Hope, Big Apple Circus and Beth Israel Hospital. He is also on the advisory board for SoHo Partnership, a community program to enable New York City’s homeless to re-enter the workforce and achieve self sufficiency. He has been a Director of the Museum of the National Arts Foundation and Governor on the board of The National Arts Club, NYC.In 2006 Mr. Cavello was honored with an award from the Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families, a foster care agency in New York, for his humanitarian work. In 2007 he was the recipient of the Artists for Human Rights award. He is President and Owner of Corporate Arts Associates, Ltd and Westwood Gallery located in New York City. His collaboration with museums, corporations and collections has garnered him international recognition. Mr. Cavello acquires and sells master works of art privately and at auction." [1]
