James C. O'Brien
James C. O'Brien, a Principal in the Albright Group, LLC, "has more than a decade of high-level experience in U.S. foreign policy. At the Department of State he served as special presidential envoy for the Balkans and senior adviser to the Secretary, with special responsibility for matching the Department's priorities and its $23 billion budget. He participated in numerous high-profile international negotiations, including leading roles in the Dayton Agreement for peace in Bosnia, agreements to control weapons of mass destruction in the former Soviet Union, international trade in hazardous and recycling materials, and intellectual property rights for scientific cooperation with China. Mr. O'Brien also worked to make public-private sector partnerships and corporate-social responsibility a central element in American foreign policy. He is a graduate of the Yale Law School."[1]
