"Mr. Presby, 69, retired in 2002 as a partner in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. At Deloitte he held numerous positions in the United States and abroad, including the posts of Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. He was selected to be a director of the Company in November 2003 by the Board to fill a newly created position. He now serves as a director and audit committee chair for the Company and American Eagle Outfitters, Invesco Ltd, First Solar, Inc., and World Fuel Services, Inc. As Mr. Presby has no significant business activities other than board service, he is available full time to fulfill his board responsibilities.
