J. Robert Flores is the Administrator of Department of Justice's Office of Juvenile Jusitce and Delinquency Prevention (OJJD). He was appointed to that position by President Bush and is reportedly under investigation by congressional committees and the Justice Department's Inspector General for his alleged politicization of his office. Flores' activities led to various allegations of irregularities and Cronyism in the Awarding of Justice Department contracts.
