Irwin W. Tucker (Brown & Williamson Director of Research): I.W. Tucker was Director of Research for Brown & Williamson and a TIRC member. (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v. PMI, et al, April 19, 1996). In attendance at 1953 Plaza Hotel meeting.

1985 Oct-Nov: He was chairman at Elizabeth Whelan's American Council of Science and Health seminar "Environmental Risks: Priorities for the Eighties" and was an ACSH Advisor. (The ACSH was an American Chemical Council lobby). Tucker was then listed as the founder and president of the National Council for Environmental Balance. [1]
