Biographical Information

Dr. Ira Gallaway, "a retired United Methodist minister, is a founding director of the Institute on Religion and Democracy. Dr. Gallaway has served as a member of the executive committee of the World Methodist Council; chairman of the board of the Mission Society for United Methodists; and chairman of the Asbury Theological Seminary board of trustees. He is the author of several books, including Drifted Astray, The Kingdom Teachings of Jesus, and Teachings of the Apostle Paul on Human Relationships." [1]
