As of July 20, 2007, Inter Link Foods, Plc was acquired by Mccambridge Group Plc. Inter Link Foods, Plc, together with its subsidiaries, offers manufacture and sale of branded, licensed, and private label cakes and pastry products to major retail multiples in the United Kingdom and Poland. [1]
In December 2012 Mccambridge was acquired by NBGI Private Equity. [2]
