The Institute of Natural Resources, an Associate Institute of the University of Natal, is a South African-based, independent, non-profit, non-government organisation.
"The Institute of Natural Resources was established in 1980 to contribute towards the wise use of natural resources through the integration of conservation and development initiatives." [1]
