Ian Rozier "has been engaged in the financing and exploration of junior resource companies since 1987. Formally with Goldfields of South Africa, Golder Associates, and principal of Canex International Consultants of Vancouver, he was primarily involved with the acquisition, valuation and feasibility studies for many projects throughout the world. Since 1987 he has been involved with the financing, exploration and promotion of public companies with projects in the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and South America."
