Hugh S. Brass worked for Philip Morris Brussels Corporate Services, circa 1992.[1] He has served as a witness for the Defense in tobacco trials.
He was involved in Covington & Burling's program to recruit scientific consultants across Europe, under Philip Morris's Whitecoats scheme.
