Biographical Information
"In addition to his board membership at Bridgepoint he is Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bayer Pharma AG , where he worked for over thirty years, culminating in his appointment as chief executive officer from 2001 until 2006. He is also is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Celesio AG and the Central Advisory Board of Commerzbank AG."[1]
