Hollinger Inc. is a newspaper company once controlled by Conrad Black before he resigned in 2005. Smaller than it once was, the company is still a player in the news business. It has a 19% ownership stake (75% voting interest) in Sun Times Media Group which publishes about 100 newspapers and specialty titles, mainly in the Chicago, U.S. area. Sun Times Media owns the Chicago Sun-Times and a large number of community newspapers. Hollinger also has commercial real estate in Canada. [1]
Hollinger uses Hill & Knowlton for at least some of its PR work. [1]
