Hillary Clinton Accountability Project
The Hillary Clinton Accountability Project, according to its website HillCAP.org, is "a project of the United States Justice Foundation intended to make public information about Mr. Peter Paul's ongoing litigation against former President Bill Clinton, Senator Hillary Clinton, and others regarding the fraudulent reporting by the Hillary Clinton for Senate campaign of expenses incurred by Mr. Paul at the Hollywood Gala Salute to President William Jefferson Clinton, held in Los Angeles, California on August 12, 2000. We will also document other unreported donations made to the Clinton campaign by Mr. Paul." [1]
The launching of the HillCAP.org website was announced May 3, 2005, by "Peter Paul, the businessman whose allegations spurred a four-year FBI probe into an August 2000 celebrity fund-raiser for Hillary Clinton's first Senate campaign" through an announcement May 3, 2005, on Fox's Hannity & Colmes show.
