Dr. Herman Kraybill: Plaintiff
Biography
Dr. Herman Kraybill was a scientist at the National Cancer Institute in 1961. Draybill was named Executive director of the surgeon general's advisory committee on smoking in 1961, but was removed before the committee started its investigation after the evidence "definitely suggests that tobacco is a health hazard" (E. Whelan 1984).
