Biographical Information
"Mr. Henry R. Slack, Hank served as the Chief Executive of Minorco SA from 1991 to June 1999. Mr. Slack served as Chairman of Terra Industries Inc., from April 2001 to April 15, 2010. From June 1999 to August 2002, he served as the Chairman of Task (USA) Inc. He has been a Director of E. Oppenheimer & Son International since 1979. He served as Chairman of First Africa Group, from 2006 to 2009. He serves as a Director of First Africa Group Holdings Ltd. and Firecrest Hambro Ltd in the United Kingdom. He served as a Director of BASF Catalysts LLC (formerly, Engelhard Corp.) since 1981. Mr. Slack served as a Director of Terra Industries Inc., holding Company of Terra Capital Inc. from 1983 to April 15, 2010. Mr. Slack served as a Non-executive Director of Mwana Africa PLC from October 26, 2005 to October 18, 2006. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Slack served as a Non Executive Director of SABMiller plc. He served as a Director of Salomon Brothers from 1982 to 1988. He served as a Director of Anglo American Corporation of South Africa from 1981 to 1999. He served as a Director of African Gold plc since December 17, 2003. Mr. Slack served as a Director of Minorco SA from 1992 to June 1999." [1]
