Hawkeye Systems

Hawkeye Systems, LLC, is a national security and counterterrorism consulting company founded in January 2002 by James M. Kelly, and other personnel closely connected with DARPA's Project Genoa. It is a subsidiary of Gray Hawk Systems. As of November 2004 it had 80 employees.
