Hassan Rahmouni "is visiting the Carr Center from the School of Law and Economics at Hassan II University in Morocco, where he is a Professor of Public Law and Constitutional Law. He comes to us as part of the Fulbright Visiting Specialist Program: "Direct Access to the Muslim World", sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State.“ [1]
