Harvey M. Tettlebaum is a member of the law firm Husch & Eppenberger, LLC in Jefferson City, Missouri. After leaving Washington University, he served as Assistant Attorney General under John Danforth for eight years operating as Chief Counsel of the Consumer Protection and Anti-Trust Divisions of that office.

"Mr. Tettlebaum is an active member of the American Bar Association's Health Law, Administrative Law, and Antitrust Law sections; the American Health Care Association; and the Missouri Health Care Association. He is an affiliate of the American Health Lawyers Association (Vice-Chair of the Long Term Care and the Law Program, as well as Past Chair of the Long Term Care Substantive Law Committee). Mr. Tettlebaum is also a member of the Missouri Bar Association (Past Chair of the Administrative Law Committee, Past Vice-Chair of the Health and Hospital Law Committee, Vice Chair of the Delivery of Legal Services Committee, and Vice Chair of the Missouri Statewide Legal Services Committee)."
