Greg Ratliff
Gregory A. Ratliff "joined the MacArthur Foundation in April 1991 as a program officer in the area of Program-Related Investments (PRIs). In 1997, he was promoted to program director of the Access to Economic Opportunity interest area within the Program on Human and Community Development. In addition to overseeing the Foundation's PRI activity, he was responsible for grant development focused on questions of economic inequality and access to opportunity through business development and workforce preparation. Prior to joining MacArthur, Ratliff was active in social investing with the Shorebank Corporation in Chicago. He was responsible for screening the Bank's bond portfolio and served as a commercial lender providing small- and medium-sized businesses with SBA loans.“ [1]
