Biography

"Graham Wrigley comes to CDC Group with extensive experience of investing in developing and developed markets. Most recently, Graham's career has focused on private sector development in Africa and South Asia. He completed an MSc in development economics at The School of Oriental and African Studies in London in 2006 and has served as Chairman of Aureos, a major investor in small and medium sized enterprises in Africa, Asia and Latin America and has also been a Director of CASHPOR, a microfinance institution which targets the poorest people in India.

"Graham previously worked in private equity where he was a founder partner of Permira and a member of the firm's management board as it grew into one of the leading private equity firms in the world with US$30bn under management. Prior to Permira, Graham worked for Bain & Co and studied at Cambridge University. He also has an MBA from INSEAD, one of the world's leading business schools, where he is adjunct professor."[1]
