Here at the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics (GIAL) we try to share our excitement in learning about the thousands of languages spoken in the world today. There is so much to learn about cultures and peoples, as well as the languages they speak! Most of these different languages do not even have a written form yet.[1]
