Ghaith Rashad Pharaon, b. 1941?. Saudi businessman who acted as the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI)'s US front man in the 1978 purchase of Bert Lance's First American Bank. This was BCCI's initial avenue for entering the US banking system.
