Gerry van der Linden, "from the Netherlands, was elected to the PTF Board in May 2007. Gerry has recently retired as Vice-President of the Asian Development Bank responsible for knowledge management and sustainable development. He was previously director-general responsible for ADB operatiions in Azerbaijan, China, Kazakstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Tajikisatn, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. In 1992 he chaired a Working Group preparing for a major reorganizatiion of ADB. He has also worked for UNDP and the Dutch government. He holds a Masters degree in Economics from Erasmus University in 1972." [1]
