George Patskan was a Senior Research Scientist with Philip Morris USA, in Richmond, Virginia. He participated in BESSE (Biological Effects of Sidestream Smoke Exposure) research.

Biography

George Patskan was involved in coordinating confidential studies of "lifetime studies" of Environmental Tobacco Smoke on mice, including efforts to determine a "Maximum Tolerated Dose." [1]
