George P. Kay

George P. Kay has been a director of AEI (Energy) "since May 2008. Mr. Kay has been a vice president of GIC Special Investments Pte Ltd. since April 2006, where he is responsible for infrastructure investments in the UK, North America and South America. Mr. Kay is based in London and he currently also serves on the board of directors of Associated British Ports plc and is a member of its remuneration and nomination committee. Prior to joining GIC Special Investments Pte Ltd., Mr. Kay worked in principal finance for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia from September 2000 to April 2006, and previously worked for Westpac Banking Corporation as a senior credit analyst. He received his bachelor of commerce from University of Canterbury, New Zealand where he studied accounting and economics, and his master of applied finance from Macquarie University, Australia."
