George F. Michals "is President of Baymont Capital Resources Inc., an investment holding company. Mr. Michals has also served as an active member on the boards of a number of private and public companies. Prior to January 2003, Mr. Michals was also Chairman of the board of TVX Gold Inc. and from 1987 to 1990, he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Pacific Limited.
