"Mr. Geoffery M. Gillo, Geoff FCA CMILT co-founded Keswick Enterprises Ltd. in 2004. Mr. Gillo is an internationally experienced finance and commercial executive, with extensive knowledge of line operations, acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals in multi-cultural environments. He started his career with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) in 1970, gaining experience at all levels over a full range of accounting and audit services for large, multinational and smaller clients. He served as Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary for member companies in the United Transport Company (UTC) group since 1977. He joined Thomas Borthwick & Sons plc in 1984. He served as Finance Director of Vestey Group subsidiaries British Beef and Dewhursts from 1986 to 1991. He served as Finance Director of Axial Group (acquired by Tibbett & Britten Group in 1992) since 1991 and served as Finance/Commercial Director of Tibbett & Britten Europe until 2004. Mr. Gillo serves as a Director of Link Logistics Group Ltd and Keswick Enterprises Ltd. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of SBS (Worldwide) Ltd. He is Qualified Accountant." [2]
