Mr. Westmore has been involved in over 250 completed deals covering private equity investments, corporate transactions, and restructurings. His advisory experience with private equity houses includes; Candover, Cinven, Investcorp, 3i, and Legal and General Ventures. He has been Non-Executive Chairman at Research Now Limited since March 2001. He served as the Chairman of Four Seasons Health Care Limited. He serves as a Director of e-Rewards, Inc. and Research Now, Inc. He has been a Independent Non-Executive Director at Retail Decisions Ltd. since March 2002. He served as Director on the Advisory Panel of Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP. He served as Non-Executive Director at Imagesound plc until August 2004.
