• Letter protesting addiction, high prices of cigarettes
• Letter from customer who, after finally quitting, received a pack of cigarettes gratis in the mail (Calls company "heartless")
• You're killing people with your smokes
• Listen up!!
• What the hell are you trying to achieve?
• You already killed my mother, please leave us alone
• Tobacco killed my husband
• Cigarettes killed my husband a year ago last Feb. from lung cancer (attached to a promotional mailer from RJR seeking help to oppose a cigarette tax increase)
• Cigarettes has killed my wife and 8 more members of my family
• Forget it!! Cigarettes killed my mother and father (heart problems)
• Doral cigarettes killed my Dad
• Your dam cigarettes killed my husband on March 17, of this year
• I think you should stop selling your tobacco products because in the past I have heard that millions of people have died from smoking
• Camel: My father, a wonderful man but unfortunately a Camel-smoker for many years, just died from lung cancer and emphysema
