Gary P. Poon "is the founding principal of DTVision, a consulting firm that specializes in digital strategies and public service media. He was formerly executive director of the Digital Strategic Planning Office at PBS and an attorney for the network. Poon is also a writer and a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Maryland Business School." [1]
