Gary Nabhan, "Director of the Center for Sustainable Environments at Northern Arizona University, is co-founder of Native Seeds/SEARCH, has served as director of conservation science at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum in Tucson, and has received a MacArthur “Genius” Fellowship Grant. He crosses disciplinary, cultural, and ethnic boundaries to work with many different communities in the Southwest." [1]
