Gary DiBianco
Gary DiBianco, a partner in Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom "Washington, DC Litigation and Government Enforcement Group, specializes in white collar defense and securities and consumer fraud class action cases. He represents a broad array of clients in civil and criminal government investigations and complex civil litigation in matters involving federal and state securities laws, the accounting and anti-bribery provisions of the federal Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, consumer protection statues, and federal and state false claims acts. Mr. DiBianco's clients include U.S. and foreign companies, financial institutions, accounting firms and individuals. He has advised and represented audit committees, boards and special litigation committees in connection with government investigations and shareholder litigation. Many of his matters involve simultaneous federal and state investigations and civil proceedings.
Prior to joining Skadden, Arps, Mr. DiBianco was a Trial Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and was detailed as a special assistant U.S. attorney to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Reena Raggi, now on the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, when she was a United States District Judge.“ [1]
