Garnet L. Dawson

"Mr. Garnet L. Dawson, MSc., P.Geo., has been the Chief Executive Officer of GoldMining Inc. formerly known as Brazil Resources Inc. since December 15, 2014 and Director since May 24, 2018. Mr. Dawson served as Vice President of Exploration at Brazilian Gold Corporation from June 2010 to November 2013. Mr. Dawson served as Technical Director at Brazil Resources Inc. from January 2014 to December 2014. Mr. Dawson served as Corporate Secretary at Bullman Ventures Inc. since November 17, 2010. He served as Vice President of Exploration at EuroZinc Mining Corp. from June 2004 to November 2006 and was responsible for exploration in Portugal, as well as reviewing new opportunities worldwide. During this time, Mr. Dawson was part of the team that developed the Aljustrel zInc. Project and purchased the Neves-Corvo copper mine, which transformed EuroZInc. from a junior explorer to a mid-tier base metal producer. He served as Exploration Manager and Chief Geologist with Euro ZInc. Mining Corporation from July 1997 to May 2004. He served as an Executive of Brasilca Mining Corp. He has also consulted internationally and held a number of positions with Battle Mountain Canada Inc., British Columbia Geological Survey and Esso Minerals Canada Ltd. He has over 30 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry, working with major and junior mining companies in Canada, South America, Europe and China. Mr. Dawson has been a Director of Huakan International Mining Inc., since July 13, 2010. He has been an Independent Director of Freegold Ventures Ltd. since February 03, 2011. He has been Director of Bullman Minerals Inc. since November 17, 2010. He served as a Director of Western Standard Metals Ltd., from February 28, 2008 to August 4, 2010. He served as a Director of Bullman Ventures Inc., since November 17, 2010. He is a Registered Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since May 1992. Mr. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Manitoba since February 1981 and Master of Science in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia since November 1994."
