Frederic J. Fransen

Frederic J. Fransen is the founder and owner of an Indiana-based limited liability company called Donor Advising Research & Educational Services, LLC.[1] The company's registered agent is Angelika Quitschke-Fransen.[1] The company is described as the successor to Fransen's prior Indiana nonprofit corporation, the Center for Excellence in Higher Education.[2]

Fransen provided the fundraising services of CEHE on behalf of the Hanover Institute to support its 2007-2009 lawsuits against the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College.[3] This service followed a meeting between Fransen and Hanover Institute officer Frank Gado at the 2006 ACTA Athena Roundtable.[4]
