Frank Walker was the owner of Cinderella Cleaners. He testified when he strictly enforced his no smoking policy, he lost employees. He testified that he went through a horrendous time of not meeting deadlines and poor quality in his product. When he liberalized his no smoking policy, he was able to keep the better people employed. [1]
