Frank E. Resnick was a former President and Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris, U.S.A. and Chairman of the Tobacco Institute Executive Committee.
Biography
Frank Resnick started off as a research chemist at Philip Morris' Richmond office, which resulted in more than 30 scientific articles published and seven patents. He became PM President in June, 1984 and worked out of PM's New York office. [1]
