Frank Meintjies
Frank Meintjies "is currently the Managing Director and founder of New Nation Consulting. Starting out in trade unions, he has spent 13 years in the field of improving organisational effectiveness and in human resource development. He was also employed as managing consultant in the Change Leadership section of Deloitte Consulting where he consolidated his skills through exposure to global training and experience. Frank’s areas of specializations include Training and Development, Process Facilitation, Conflict Handling, Organisational Diagnostics, Human Resources Re-alignment, Advisory Service to Leaders and Project Managers. Also as head of Human Resource Development, (based in the Reconstruction and Development Programme in the office of the then SA President) he managed a chief directorate and led a process for improvement of human resource development in government departments. Working as Executive Director of the Community Based Development Programme at Wits School of Management, Frank also trained and implemented OD Interventions work. Frank has authored various papers, articles, and is the co-editor of the book called: Voices of the Transition. Frank holds M Sc- Urban Development Planning (University of London), Certificate- Master Instructor (Deloitte Consulting), Postgraduate Certificate- Organisational Behaviour (Heriot Watt University), Diploma - Business Management (Business Management Training College of SA), and Certificate - Industrial Psychology (INTEC College)."
