Frank J. Quevedo "is vice president of Equal Opportunity for Southern California Edison. He previously worked at Hunt-Wesson Foods, and had been employed at Southern California Edison previously in the early 1970s.

"He is the chairman of board of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund. He also chairs the Puente Project; co-chairs the Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA and sits on a number of other boards and advisory committees including the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, Asian Pacific American Legal Center; Edmund G. "Pat" Brown Institute of Public Affairs; Orange County Hispanic Education Endowment Fund; Latino Issues Forum; Cathedral High School Board of Trustees; White Memorial Medical Center Charitable Foundation; The Women's Foundation of California; Asian American Justice Center; and the WATTSHealth Foundation.

"He was an appointee of President Nixon as well as Governor Jerry Brown, and served in Washington D.C., in the Reagan administration in 1982 as chief of staff to Commissioner Tony Gallegos at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

"He received his B.A. degree in political science from the University of California at Riverside. He has been selected by Hispanic Business Magazine on its annual "100 Influentials" listing on four separate occasions. (Updated: June 2007)" [1]
