Francis P. Cannon, better known as Frank Cannon, was until 1999 Secretary at the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution (AdTI). He worked from 1988 to 1998 as managing director of the economic and political forecasting firm, Lehrman Bell Mueller Cannon, Inc. which he started by Lewis Lehrman, Jeffrey Bell, and John Mueller.
Frank Cannon was national campaign manager and finance director in the 'Gary Bauer for President 2000' campaign.
Jeffrey Bell and Frank Cannon are still active as principals of Capital City Partners, a Washington consulting firm.
